At Riari J’Dorn Diamonds, we strive to provide a personal service to help you chose the exact ring that matches your taste and requirements. We make all our rings from scratch once your order is placed. They are made exactly to your specification in your choice of metal and finger size. As the ring is tailor-made for you, we cannot offer any returns or exchanges 24 hours after the ring order has been placed. 

Resizing can be done with most rings and may be subject to a charge of between £45 and £60 depending on the type of ring and the extent of the change. Please see our Terms and Conditions for more info. 

What if I have changed my mind about an item?

We want to inspire and delight you with your jewellery purchase, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have up to 24 hours to cancel your order. We might consider accepting a return on some engagement and wedding rings, please call us directly in this instance. Please see our Refund and Exchange policy.

What if my item is Faulty?

We at Riari J’Dorn Diamonds strive to ensure we check all products before they are shipped for quality measures as per our standards. What if the item I received is not the one I ordered?

How long do I have to return my purchase?

Due to all our products being customised and some for hygiene reasons, are non-refundable.
