How much does shipping cost?

Riari J’Dorn Diamonds offer free shipping on all orders within the UK. All International orders will have shipping costs that apply. 

How long will my delivery take?

Please allow 5-7 business days to deliver your order, depending on your location after your jewellery has arrived from our workshops (orders can take up to 4 weeks to be made). Orders requiring ring sizing take up to four (4) additional business days to complete.

What could delay my order?

We work hard to protect our customer’s personal and financial information from being used in a fraudulent manner. We undertake efforts to verify the security and privacy of all orders. Due to these efforts, most orders take a minimum of 1 – 2 business days before being approved and sent to our workshops.

Orders requiring ring sizing take up to four (4) additional business days to complete.

How do I track my order?

When your order is shipped, we will send an email containing the confirmation of your order. Simply email us on info@riarijdorn.co.uk or call us to follow up on your order delivery.

Do I need to sign for delivery?

For security reasons, a signature is required for all deliveries.

I've missed my delivery, what now?

If you’re not present when the delivery arrives, a notice will be left at your address providing details of alternative delivery or pick-up arrangements.

Do you ship internationally?

From our website you can make purchases for delivery to all UK postal addresses. We require correct and complete addresses, including a company name where necessary, and at least one contact telephone number for all International Orders.

Can I change my delivery address? 

We process and pack your order as soon as it’s ready. This means that your shipping address can only be changed if your order has not been processed by our warehouse team. To change your shipping address, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible on +44 207 8637866
