Can I still place an order online?
Riarijdorn.co.uk remains open for all types of online orders. We are taking full precautions to make sure we can safely deliver all products to our customers as expected.
However, it should be noted that online orders may be impacted by demand on national postal services like Royal Mail.
All solid gold orders are shipped via DHL or FedEx.
Is it safe to receive parcels?
Our delivery services have issued a statement which outlines that they are still operating their services as normal, however their couriers have been instructed that it is the choice of the receiver whether they wish to physically sign for their parcel. If they don’t wish to sign on the courier scanner as normal, the courier will confirm this with the person on site at the time of delivery and will enter their name against the delivery for our records. The couriers are sanitizing all scanners between delivery/collection drops. They are also observing social distancing in the warehouses, and a general no contact policy
All our products have been sanitised upon receiving from manufactures and packaged with gloves to protect any possible cross contamination.
Can I include a note if it’s a gift?
Absolutely! We know it’s such a difficult time and most of us are unable to see our loved ones. We are here to help in any way we can. We would be delighted to provide a beautiful Riari J’Dorn handwritten note to go with your order. Just add the details of the note in the comments box whilst checking out. We will add the note along with your jewellery presented in a beautiful box, surrounded in tissue paper within our luxury gift bags
What if the UK enters another lockdown?
If the UK is to undergo another lockdown, and for any reason we are unable to ship your order, for the safety of your goods we will keep hold of the product(s). We will work with the delivery services to confirm guarantees on the safety of the delivery before we send anything out. Please be assured your order will be kept safely with us until services resume for secure shipping.
Can I refund my order if the country goes into lockdown?
Unfortunately not. As your precious jewellery items are crafted and created especially for you, we are unable to offer any refunds after 24 hours of the order being placed. We only offer refunds if we for any reason are unable to deliver you the product. For any manufacturing defects, we would always offer you the option to allow us to rectify the issue before any refunds are offered.
